Harold takes pride in the success of his projects after they are complete and bases his contracts on honor and character. He generally works on one vessel at a time, first come first serve, so that each project receives his professional expertise and undivided attention to every detail.

As wood is a versatile medium, Harold varies the size of his business to meet the demands of the vessel he is working on. On a large project like the Lannon, Harold can put together a crew and complete it in short order. On smaller vessels, he often works alone personally performing every aspect of the job from felling the trees to installing the machinery and sewing the sails.
